The workshop price is split into 8 monthly payments. The first is taken today and your place is held as soon as it clears; the remaining 7 are taken automatically each month on the same date until it's paid off.

Yes — tick “Add a companion place” in the booking summary. Your partner is welcome to the welcome reception, the farewell meal and the hotel accommodation. Rooms have a double bed rather than two beds, so the companion rate suits a partner rather than a friend. Nothing else is included unless we've told you separately on the booking page. The same 8-month plan applies to the companion price.
Travel to and from Brussels, lunches, drinks and snacks beyond the welcome reception, travel insurance, tips, and personal spending. Getting there is straightforward — Eurostar reaches Brussels from London in just under two hours, or you can fly into Brussels Airport and take the train into the city in around twenty minutes. Your travel between Brussels, Bruges and Antwerp during the workshop is included. You'll get a pre-trip pack with travel guidance once your booking is confirmed.
We stay together at the Novotel Brussels City Centre for all four nights, on Rue de la Vierge Noire in the historic heart of the city — about five minutes' walk from the Grand-Place. You'll have your own private en-suite room, and the hotel has an indoor pool and a fitness centre for the quieter moments. Full details come with your pre-trip pack once your booking is confirmed.

Small. We cap numbers deliberately so the workshops stay friendly and everyone gets attention. You'll be photographing with the same group across all three shoot days, plus the welcome reception and the farewell meal in between.
