The booking is split into 8 monthly instalments. The first is taken today and your place on the workshop is held as soon as it clears. The remaining 7 payments are taken automatically each month on the same date until the balance is settled.

Yes — tick the companion option in the form. Your partner is welcomed to the farewell meal, the reception drinks and the hotel accommodation. Nothing else is included unless we've told you separately on the booking page. Same 8-month payment plan applies to the companion price.
Flights, travel to and from Leiden, lunches and dinners outside the welcome and farewell meals, personal spending and any visas you might need. You'll get a pre-trip pack with travel guidance once your booking is confirmed.
We use a long-standing hotel partner in central Leiden, walking distance to the workshop locations. Full hotel details are included in your pre-trip pack once your booking is confirmed.

If a payment fails, please let us know quickly so we can sort it — cancelled payments can invalidate the booking.
Small. We cap numbers deliberately so the workshops stay friendly and everyone gets attention. You'll be photographing with the same group across all three sessions and the social moments in between.
