What if PLUS+ isn't for me?

Email support@iphotography.com within 30 days and we'll refund the annual payment in full. After that, cancel anytime in your dashboard to stop the next year's renewal — no questions, no extra charges.

Two small things, in plain English: any physical items in your order (the Photographers' Kitbag, anything posted to you) need to come back to us in unused condition for the full refund. Digital downloads like the eBooks and presets land on your device the moment they're delivered, so those aren't refundable — they're yours to keep either way.

Can I pay monthly instead?

Yes — PLUS+ Monthly is £19.95/month if annual feels like a lot up front. You can also split the annual payment into three interest-free instalments with PayPal Pay in 3 at checkout.

Does my membership renew automatically?
