Coppice Hill, Cannock Chase Photowalk
This Staffordshire woodland is recognised as a AONB (area of outstanding natural beauty) which means it’s a treasure trove of opportunities for outdoor photographers.
Well known and loved for its scenery, wildlife and rich history, it offers superb walking routes for photographers to capture the vivid woodland and incredible views.
The expansive woodland covers a range of different terrains and vegetation from open plains, to babbling creeks and dense forests. You’ll be able to find a quite spot to practise your photography alongside a small group of like-minded shooters and your tutor.
This is a more remote photowalk starting at Coppice Hill and following a circular route around the site. There is parking but no personal facilities or cafes nearby.
Full details of the meeting point and general route will be included in a confirmation email when you reserve your spot.
It doesn’t matter what camera equipment you have. During the photo walk, your tutor can show you what settings to use and when to make the most of a moment.
Bring along a couple of memory cards and a spare battery too. It’s up to you if you want to take your tripod and lens filters, simply consider the location and the weather on the day.
This Coppice Hill photo walk last approximately 4 hours following a route designed to pass amazing photo opportunities. If you’re looking for a relaxing and enjoyable way to learn more about photography and meet other like-minded shooters this is a wonderful event to attend.
