When will my Flip Cards ship?
Orders are dispatched within 2 working days from our UK warehouse. You'll get a confirmation email when your set leaves us.
How long does delivery take?
Three windows, depending on where you are:
UK: 3–5 working days.
USA and Europe: 14–21 days.
Rest of the world: 21–28 days.
Delivery is free worldwide and included in the price.
What if I change my mind?
Send them back within 30 days for a full refund. The cards need to come back in unused condition (sealed where possible) so we can confirm they haven't been used in the field. We'll refund as soon as we've checked them in.
Can I split the payment?
Yes — choose PayPal at checkout to split into three interest-free payments. No fees, no set-up.
Are these waterproof?
The cards are printed on weatherproof synthetic stock, so a quick splash, damp coat pocket, or sea-spray afternoon won't bother them. They're not designed to be submerged — but you can wipe the rain off and keep shooting.
