About these Terms & Conditions

"These terms and conditions of business are between iPhotography.com ('iPhotography'), and a student ('student')."

Services

Students receive login credentials to access e-learn modules and receive a pass certificate upon completion of their course.

Payment of Fee

"The student must pay the course fees in advance by credit/debit card or by direct bank transfer."

Student's Obligations

By using the service, the student agrees to:

• Not engage in any unlawful activity through the platform
• Provide accurate and current information at all times
• Not upload offensive, inappropriate or unlawful material
• Not access unauthorised areas of the iPhotography system
• Provide any information reasonably requested by iPhotography
• Indemnify iPhotography against breaches of these terms
• Maintain a valid, working email address on the account

iPhotography's Rights

"iPhotography may suspend or block the student's access to the Services at any time if the student breaches any of the terms of this Agreement."

Account Inactivity

Accounts that remain inactive for three years enter restricted status. To reactivate a restricted account, contact support@iphotography.com.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to use confidential information only for the performance of this agreement and will not disclose such information except as required by law.

Liability

iPhotography's liability is limited to the fees paid by the student in the preceding twelve months.

"In no event will iPhotography be liable to the student for any indirect, consequential or special loss."

General

All intellectual property in iPhotography materials, courses, and platform content belongs to iPhotography.

"These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of United Kingdom."

Age requirements:

• Users under 13 cannot use the service
• Users aged 13 to 16 are discouraged from using the service unsupervised
• The service is recommended for users over 16

30-Day Money Back Policy

Students may request a refund within 30 days of purchase by emailing support@iphotography.com.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to support within the 30-day window.

Purchases from Reed.co.uk

Purchases made via Reed.co.uk are subject to a 14-day cancellation period with full refund eligibility, in line with Reed's own consumer terms.
