These terms and conditions of business are between iphotography.com (“iPhotography”), and a student (“student”). They shall be deemed to have been accepted when the student registers for an in-person workshop or photo walk from the iPhotography website.
“Agreement” means this agreement including the form that the student completes online or otherwise setting out the student’s requirements, including details of fees payable to iPhotography by the student.
“student” shall mean the individual that enrols in a live workshop or photo walk.
“Workshop” means the live workshop or photo walk provided by iPhotography under this Agreement.
“Site” means the website(s) operated by iPhotography.
Under this agreement, the student will be registered for a workshop and will receive all outlined services advertised at the time of purchase.
The student must pay the workshop or photo walk fees in advance by credit/debit card or by direct bank transfer. Fees are set out within the registration section of the website.
Whilst we will endeavour to help with new booking requests, after entering into the booking agreement, the student is not entitled to any changes with regard to the date, accommodation, or meals outlined in the original schedule at the time of purchase.
Bookings must be made in the name of the individual attending, or this must be communicated immediately if being booked as a gift.
Bookings from individuals under 18 are not accepted.
You can cancel at any time without giving any reason before starting the journey. The cancellation must be declared by emailing iPhotography at [email protected].
Please note that workshops and photo walks are non-refundable. If you are unable to join a workshop or photo walk after booking, we will attempt to resell your place on your behalf.
A refund will only be issued if we manage to successfully resell your place. By booking a spot on walk or workshop you are agreeing to these terms.
iPhotography reserves the right to cancel multi-day and overseas workshops 14 days (UK photo walks 5 days) prior to the start of the event if the minimum number of students has not been met.
In the unlikely event of cancellation, iPhotography will notify the registrants by email. Students will have the option to transfer to another workshop or photo walk if one is available, or they will receive a full refund. iPhotography cannot be responsible for non-refundable airline tickets or any other travel and accommodation expenses paid by the student.
iPhotography reserves the right to change any photography locations or route during the trip and make changes to the trip and route outline if necessary. This may be due to events at the location that prohibit the route.
Tuition adjustments cannot be made for late arrivals or early departures.
V-Learn Ltd t/a iPhotography cannot be held responsible for any accident/loss or injury incurred during the course of the trip.
This includes all other expenses paid by the student that are not included in the trip outline at the time of purchase.
We strongly recommend that you have a appropriate travel and medical insurance policy in place to cover you in the event you must cancel your trip and any emergency medical services you might need while travelling in a foreign country.
The student agrees that the Organization cannot guarantee any results from their workshop. Any negative or positive results that might occur during the workshop are the result of the student’s own personal choices.
During any photo walk, meet up or workshop iPhotography employees will take photos and capture video of the event for future promotional and marketing purposes. If you do not wish to appear in this content please contact iPhotography before the event.
By attending the event, without prior contact regarding this issue, you won’t be excluded from marketing and promotional content.
