Workshop & Photo Walks Terms and Conditions

Booking & Payment

"Your space is confirmed upon receipt of booking confirmation via a deposit or full payment."

Applicants under 18 years of age cannot register for an iPhotography workshop or photo walk.

Cancellations & Refunds

Administration charges apply to all cancellations:

• £350 for F/65 Group workshops
• £20 for photo walks

"If you cancel your booking more than 45 days before the walk/workshop begins, you will receive a full refund minus the administration fee."

Booking Transfers

Transfers to another attendee require written notice at least 60 days before the walk/workshop start date. The replacement attendee must meet any prerequisites for the booking.

Provider Changes

iPhotography may alter schedules, locations, or accommodations where necessary. Where a workshop is cancelled by iPhotography, attendees will receive a full refund. Where a cancellation is foreseeable, attendees will be given at least 2 months' notice.

Liability

"You are responsible for your own safety and well-being during a walk/workshop."

Travel and medical insurance are strongly recommended for all attendees, particularly on international workshops.

Conduct

Respectful behaviour towards tutors, fellow attendees and members of the public is expected at all times. iPhotography reserves the right to remove disruptive participants from a walk or workshop without refund.

Photography Rights

iPhotography may use photos and video captured during workshops and photo walks for marketing purposes. If you would prefer not to appear in any such material, please contact us in writing before the event.

Workshop Materials

"Workshop materials are for your personal use only."

Materials may not be commercially distributed, resold, or shared in any form outside of personal study.

Accommodation

Priority is given to attendees booking the full package. Solo or alternative accommodation arrangements may be available on request — please contact support@iphotography.com with your requirements.
